Hey guys,
I have a C2200E with a 945M Express chip and it is fully updated. Now there is a issue with Sony's driver that is causing a conflict with World of Warcraft, the only way I can fix this issue is by installing the newest driver from Intel's site, but this is not possible because it tells me that I need Sony's driver. Now, knowing Sony, this issue will probably never be fixed and I probably won't ever see another graphic update....
Is there anyway to force the Intel version of driver to install/override the Sony one, or hack the Intel one to fool my laptop into accepting it.
Aside from that what would be the drawbacks and conflicts if I did do this, would there be massive display errors and my laptop explodes? I figure a driver for a certain card should be universal.. but I guess not.. (/cry)

Is there anything that can be done about this? I want to play WoW....![]()
The driver I have is
Driver Date: 12/13/2006
Version: 7.14.10.1151
The one on the Sony Site is
Last Modified: 01/08/2007
Version: 7.14.10.1114i
I can't tell if that is newer or older (lol), maybe someone can tell me, also maybe the chinese sony website has a newer one someone can point me to or something?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
