    Drivers for VGN-FZ92S (Japan)

    I bought a VGN a couple of months ago in Japan, but I need the drivers in english because i will like to install vista Ultimate on the machine. everywhere I searched, only japanese drivers were available. I want the language in English, not in japanses as i am currently working with. It came with Home Premium, i need drivers for the camera, the bluetooth, the geforce 8400GT. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Good luck. I doubt if you will be able to find any drivers installers from Sony that will work. The installers all look at the BIOS to see what model you have. This would prevent an English language installer from working on a Japanese machine.

    But you MIGHT be able to use a trick discussed in other threads here where you extract the driver files from the installer package and then install them through device manager. I don't have any links to the specific threads, but if you search a bit you should be able to find them. Or maybe someone else can chime in with them.
