Hi, I am curious if there are drivers that are required to get 1920x1080 on the Z12 to work?

I bought a refurb from the Sony outlet store and can't get it to go any higher than 1600x900. The box says its 1080p and theres even a "Full HD 1080p" badge on there. I figured I'd ask before I get the return process started.

What's the exact model of the Z? Check of the model number on the box matches the one on the bottom of the Z

VPCZ1290X. S/N and service tag matches the box. I can only assume its a refurb because the guy ordered a 1080p and got a regular screen

Haha that could be it. In any case, there's no drivers, it should be 1080p right out the box. I would return it/ask for replacement
