    Hello,

I've reformatted my Sony 140 and everything seems to work well except I couldn't find the software for the s1 and s2 power saving mode. It doesn't mean they aren't on the recovery partition - it just means I can't figure out where to find them. If you know the name or location of the software I would appreciate it if you can help clue me in.

    Thanks

I would like to know this also as this is the only thing that does not work after a clean install of xp pro.

My S buttons and blue function buttons stopped working after installing the new BIOS. I reinstalled sony utilities and they work again.
