If you own a Sony laptop with dual lamps could you plese tell me whether you can see what is on the screen CLEARLY when outside in daylight. Need to buy a laptop which has such a screen and hoping the dual lamp Sony will do the job.

    Thanks

I have an FS and I have absolutely no problem seeing the screen outdoors in fully bright and sunny areas. This screen is really bright. (perhaps burning my eyeballs as we speak) Brighter than my CRT. It is much easier to see clearly outdoors than a Nintendo DS or PSP if that is a point of reference for you. (much brighter than either and far less glare than the PSP)
