    So I finally fixed the dual core problem. After a week with single core... I gave it another try.

    Here is what I did.

    1. Factory Recovery to Windows XP
    2. Downgrade firmware to oldest one.
    3. Upgrade firmware to newest version.
    4. Install Windows 7

    For the longest time I was just re-flashing the updated firmware over and over again. So it turns out you have to downgrade then upgrade firmware.

    Took a long time to figure it out but its fixed.

    it's been a month since this was last posted on, but when you say you downgraded and then upgraded the firmware, do you mean the BIOS or something else?
