I am aware that I cannot return engraved laptops to Sony; but in case of defect (screen, keyboard, internal components, etc), will I able to get it fixed? Is SonyStyle customer support good enough for me to risk engraving?

I'm pretty sure if there is a defect, Sony has to fix it. Even though the laptop is engraved, it still comes with a warranty
