:D Just got my SZ48GN/C (Japanese ver.) and real happy with it. After much scrambling through this forum, esp. re. RAM type and speed - I ran CPU-Z and found that my SZ came pre-fitted with a 1GB QIMONDA-brand PC2-5300 DDR2 (Part # 64T128021HDL3SB) - now why would Sony fit a RAM module that is capable of 667MHz (or am I mistaken here?)

Anyway, down to the point: I've been reading up on the new Expresscard SSD - can anyone give feedback on 1st hand experience with this hardware? If so, pls mention what brand + size would be appreciated ... cheers :)

There have been a few threads on this recently ... it all boils down to suppliers and how much Sony's getting the part for. 667 RAM works at 533 and clocks down accordingly.
