    Hi Guys,

Newbie here. I want to upgrade from the original HDD to a 1TB Samsung 850EVO SSD.
Has anyone done that here on this forum?
Will the 1TB Samsung SSD fit into the hard drive caddy?
I have seen on other forums that the 1TB are sometimes too big.
What the difference between 840EVO and 850EVO
    Would appreciate any advice -thanks.

    Cheers
    Tim

Where did someone write that the 1TB drives are too big? They should be a standard 2.5" size, though I suppose sometimes drives can end up a couple of mm longer or shorter than standard.
