I received a VGP-AC19V11 power adapter with my FE21S. On checking, I see that this is for the FS/FJ series and that a VGP-AC19V12 adapter is for the FE/SZ series. On checking the specs there seems to be little or no difference between these two adapters. Does anyone know what the difference is and whether the VGP-AC19V11 is indeed satisfactory for the FE21S?
    Thanks,

I just ordered a Vaio FE and a 2nd AC adapter, model VGP-AC19V10. While Sonystyle.com says that this adapter fits the FJ and A600 models, if you look under the "compatability" tab, it indicates that this model works with all FE versions. However, I did not see the AC19V11 or AC19V12 on the website, so I cannot answer your question directly. So, before you use the the adapter, I would check to make sure that the input voltage and input amps are compatable with what you have, otherwise there may be problems.

    Thanks for your reply pavlov05.
The input and output voltage/current specs for the "11" and "12" seem very similar but there must be some kind of difference? The "11" adapter works well with the FE11S but does get quite warm which I suspect is normal.
I'd be interested if anyone can add any information to this.

My SZ220 came with the VGP-AC19V10. I bought it less than a month ago. Works fine.
