    2.0c2d
    1gig (Planning on expanding to 2gig)
    go7400

    They said allow 5-7 days to build
    6-10 to ship.

    How long has it typically taken for any of you to get custom built comps from sony and shipped ground(it was free)?

    cant wait.

    I think you should have it in under 3 weeks or so, it varies based on demand and component shortages.

    Do you find that 1 gig is enough to play those games
    and do decent tasks on your comp?
    Do you find yourself wanting 2 gigs?
    I trying to figure out if it is worth spending to get another gig.

    I would think 1gig is enough if you are running on WinXP. But since most or not all computers now are running on Vista, it is or highly recommended to get 2gig. Also it future proofs your computer for another 2-3 years I suppose or even more.

    Mine said it shipped.

    Shipping report says I should get on the 28th, this wed.
    What specs did you order, did it say everything was in stock when you ordered it?

    Yea almost ordered on the same date. Mine was on last Wednesday. Yesterday, it finally went from "IN PROCESS" to "PRODUCTION." Yea everything was in stock. The estimated ship date is pushed back from wednesday till monday (3/5).
