    Hi everybody!

A friend asks me to run a recovery on his FS570 (Windows XP home). After the recovery and run all updates (from Microsoft and from Sony) I notice that a few keyboard shortcuts isn’t working.
For instance, CTRL+Z, CTRL+X, and CTRL+V. Others was working fine, like CTRL+C, CTRL+A, etc.

So, I decide to start over to test before any update. Was the same: can’t past, undo or cut using keyboard. Even on first boot, before finish application recovery!!

Anybody has faced this problem? There is a know solution?
I never saw anything like that. It’s really annoying.

    Regards and thanks in advance.
