    Is the "Full HD" Hi-Color display available on the 290 CTO LED backlit? Or is it standard CCFL??

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    All FWs are CCFL.

    Hicolor is double lamp CCFL. ECO is single lamp.

    Double lamp CCFL displays sometimes look better than LED displays, but they use more power.

    Can you (or anyone) comment on the quality of the Hi-Color Full HD screen used in the FW?

    I am considering this laptop, but I am no where near any stores that may carry it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Also, I love WUXGA screens so let's keep resolution out of this conversation. All I want is comments/opinions on color, contrast, brightness, sharpness, etc...
