    hi~ i got questions about FW139 laptop.

    FW 139 E/H = FW 139 E ? radeon HD3400 series = HD3470 ??

Today(a few hours ago) I bought a FW 139E/H from Bestbuy. :) As soon as i got home , i found a few weird things. In device manager profile, it just says it has "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series". I just wanted to make sure that this laptop has the 3470 graphic card, not 3450 or other lower model.
By checking specification of FW 139E/H, this laptop should have 3470.
Also if u see the bottom right of the screen, there is model name which says VGN-FW139E not VGN-FW139E/H.
ya I checked original box , and it has right name on it

I know 3400 series include 3470, so it can represent this one has the right graphic card..

Two weeks ago I bought the same laptop from other retailer and returned it after almost one week of using. And I remember that I was able to find out that has 3470 by checking device manger and catalyst driver options, and that has model name VGN-FW139E/H not VGN-FW139E .

I'll go other retailers again and see if i remembered right.

According to my conspiracy theory, sony released several beta models. And there are more than one product with same model name. In sonystyle web site FW139E/H is out of stock already, some retailers reduced price up to $150 on new product which had released just two weeks ago, and this one doesn't have Centrino 2 sticker on it cuz they had issue with Intel wireless card.

    that's just my theory :D

    and Excuse my English...
