i haven't found an answer in the official thread and a search did not yield any results, so here is my question

my CTO FW is coming in on Tuesday and i went with the read only BR drive,
i was wondering if the drive supports blue ray live/ blue ray 2.0?

BD Live support depends on the software player, not the drive. I don't know if software player included with FW supports BD Live, but worst case scenario you just need to buy software player that supports BD Live or wait until Sony release a patch.
