I am wondering if there are any recomendations for a solid state drive of at least 200 gb in size for my VGN-FW290. My current 5400 drive is super slow.

I currently have a very fast 250 gb solid state drive in my CTO VGN-Z590.

I am looking at for simular speed for my FW-290

You know that 250Gb SSDs are insanely expensive? Its about 500-750€ ($700-1000). You can get the best 7200RPM drive for about 100€, which is slower, still faster than your current drive.

I know that it is expensive, but is it possible to add it to the VGN-FW290. If it is, what model number and manufacturer will work?
