Is there anyway I can setup my fiance's Sony FW285DH notebook so when she unplugs it from the wall and it runs on the battery that the power profile switches from HIGH PERFORMANCE to VAIO'S Battery Saving Mode automatically???

Each profile has its own preference for Battery and Plugged In. Change the Battery sub profile to make it look like VAIO's Battery Saving Mode and set up Plugged In to make it look like High Performance.
