Hi, I have the Sony VGN FZ 140 E and today I tried to use the SD memory card reader. Nothing happened. Will the laptop recognize the card and the photos on it automatically?

Also, I accidentally renamed the (E: ) removable storage device - does someone know what it is for? Is it possible that it is for the SD card reader and that's why the laptop doesn't recognize the card?

*** Sorry if these questions sound silly  - I'm a newbie...

I hope someone knows the answers.
    Thanks for all your help!
