I just bought this Fz 190 from sonystyle refurbished stock. It is an awesome performer but the fan noise is disturbing. It just keeps howling non stop. Is there any solution to this?
This is the second unit. I returned the first unit but this one makes the same noise.

hmmm you might be able to fiddle with some settings in the bios...to set the fan to turn on only at a certain temp.

oh oops...sry...if that case you might want to try to undervolt the CPU is Notebook Hardware Control :) google the program ...you should be able to UV it safely by about 0.200V or even more. It cools your notebook down significantly.
