    I was wandering if anyone knew some of the Sony benchmarks or where I could find them.

    Look at the FZ with 8400M GT.

    in 3dmax06 it scores between 2k and 2.5k aprox

    I got 2650 with my FZ190 CTO with updated 8400M GT drivers (version 101.28 - no overclocking).

    That is very impressive. My old ATI X1600 scored 2067 when oc'ed. You kicked my butt.

    Since the 8400GT in my FZ11 handles FSX at "high" settings at 1280x800, I can well believe those 3D Mark scores.

    i used 1280x800 in the 2575 score... remember that you notebook configuration may change the score.. cpu, ram...

    From the first reviews I've seen of Dell's Inspiron 1520, it looks like the 8600M GT is not a powerful as everyone has thought. Perhaps they only have a poor driver.
