    Hi,
    I recently got a Vaio FZ290 laptop.
I am concerned I can't fine tune the display to get true-to-life pictures.
Basically, reds and vivid colors come out to bright. And brown&beige backgrounds are yellowish.
I intend to do a lot of digital photographu work, therefore true to life colors on the digital pictures I take are very important to me.

I tried to re-set and use two settings
    -Function-F5/F6 for brightness.
    -Nividia Control panel.

None of these do give true to life colors. If I compare to another laptop ( IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad), the colors on the same picture come out a lot closer to reality.

Anyone having the same problem and a way to recover realistic , true-to life colors on the FZ laptop for efficient digital photography work ?

    Thanks for your help !
    :)
