This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Sony did credit my 250.00 on the price drop for the FZ290 CTO.

    I will say the customer service person was the must unprofessional speaking person I have ever spoken with. Grammar was horrible. Constantly putting me on hold not telling me why. If I were auditing his calls he would be reprimanded.

    I am glad you got the credit from Sony....that was the right thing for them to do. It sounds like you got a new employee on the phone.
