    FZ-190 battery problem

    My FZ used to charge fully said 100% available before. But now the battery icon displays "98% available, not charging". Why is the battery not getting charged fully?

    I more often drain (<8%) and charge the battery these days. Is this related to the problem?

    My battery won't charge 100%. The charging stops at 98%. Any clues?

    2% battery ware is quite normal.

    How old is your notebook? Do you charge discharge it frequently?

    3.5 months old. I do charge/discharge the battery frequently. Will this frequent cycle adversely affect the battery life?

    I removed the battery pack, blowed some air into the connectors. Now the battery meter shows 100%. Problem solved.
