The bad thing with FZ is the max capacity memory are limited to 2 GB of RAM.

Now My question is, are there any updated bios I can Use If I want to upgrade to 4 GB of RAM?

    Thanks in advance!

The FZ supports 4 gb. Vista 32 does not (only 3.5 gb), Vista 64 does (all 4gb).

Search is your friend as to why 32-bit OSes only support about 3.5GB. Been discussed more times than I have pores on my skin here.

As FenderP said, there are a multitude of threads here about the reason why ALL 32 bit OS can only support about 3.5 gb. Just be sure you use the search box at the top of the page. The search drop down boxes stink since they won't allow two character search arguments.

The FZ should be able to handle more than 2GB's . About BIOS's, Sony doesn't seem to offer any bios updates on its own website.
