Ok, i'm confuse on some points
The Tz-190 is of USA and has USA warranties right?

The Tz-90 is of Japanese and has Japan warranties right?

I'm more focus on the USA/Tz190 model but when i search for it on the net, i see differences in the title. Some say its "Tz190N/B" and a few others have it says "Tz190N/BC" and THEN i see other title it as "Tz190N".

Because I got confuse about the differences in origin between the 190 and 90 models. does the N/B and N/BC and N model carry any differences? all 3 carry the 190 tittle so its USA all but whats the differences in the letters?

That's right. TZ190 is the US model, while the TZ90 is the Japanese one.

The B stands for Black (as compared to R for red for example); C means premium carbon fiber case; I believe N means premium but not sure what that signifies -- perhaps someone else can offer that.

He probably wanted the 64GB SSD so he sold his 190 for that.

Actually, the C stands for that it comes with a carrying case and are the "Premium Models". The TZ180N/RC and TZ198N/RC are Bordeaux Red and the TZ185N/WC is white for example.

Models ending with XC like TZ191N/XC and TZ195N/XC are Premium Carbon.

The full model number is VGN-TZ190N/BC, some sellers will just cut off the end letters, but there is only one model, not multiple TZ190s.

Yes -- I'm awaiting arrival of my TZ198 -- I loved the TZ190 but found I couldn't quite live with the 32G SSD size -- had too many programs and even using 8G storage cards in the ProDuo, SDHC and ExpressCard slots didn't quite make it. So I've sold the TZ190 and anxiously await the larger 64G TZ198.

Same here, waiting for TZ198, because clumsy flight attendant screwed up current TZ90. Keyboard is slowly getting harder to type on. Will probably get it fixed in the U.S., now that I found out it costs about $170 to have keyboard replaced. ;)

Premium Carbon is a special color option that shows off the strands of carbon. All the TZs are made of carbon fiber but the regular model's color is simply referred to as Black. At least that's my understanding.

That's correct, and the strands are blueish black, which explains the premium carbon fiber picture being so blue.
