This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hey =)
    just wondering if there is a solution to this:
    when i close the lid of my laptop and then open it again it stays on a black screen. It didn't do this when i was on XP but has done this ever since using vista =(
    Anybody know what to do?

    Edit: Anyone know bout the shortcut buttons as well because they don't work either haha
