    Have a Vaio SR (2.24ghz, 3gb ram, 5400rpm drive) running version 7100 of Windows 7....and things just feel sluggish. Takes 2 full seconds to open a folder, start up feels very slow at times, just took 30 seconds to run itunes, etc.

    is this due to the build of win7 I'm using right now, or would I benefit from a 7200rpm drive to improve my seek times/ get things going snappier?
