    Few issues with new Z21 please help

    here are the list


    • cannot activate sprint WWAN after clean installed. i did installed both GOBI3k firmware package and driver, also install the sony mobile activation. now when i follow the instruction and choose sprint then click to connect in vaio smart network it give me an error say my radio power is off (but it is on in smart network)
    • netflix is freezing frame, the audio is run fine but the picture will freeze randomly about 3-4 second and resume. this happen both with PMD and no PMD, i have tried both IE and Firefox. also i tried all the power option.

    make sure sony sent in the sheet they needed to to sprint, otherwise your wwan will never work.

    I don't own a Z2 but it was easy to get WWAN working on my TZ with Sprint.You can activate your account either by phone or going to a Sprint store..

    1.get your data plan either 3GB or 5GB
    2.give them your ESN #
    3.go to the Smart Connection and activate EVDO sprint.PNG
