This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi,

    Something that has been bugging me since my clean install is that when the Protector Suite's fingerprint logon is enabled, two options show up on the Windows Vista welcome screen: one for fingerprint log-ins, one for the regular username/password combo.

    I thought that I was only supposed the be able to see the second by doing ctrl+alt+del but I can't seem to tweak the Protector Suite settings to only show one log-in option. (I tried the "wrapping" thing in the advanced settings but that didn't do anything.)

    Is this normal or does someone and, if not, does someone have a fix?
