Does anyone know if fingerprint reader can be used at "bios level"????

I saw "Clear fingerprint data" (or something similar) in the BIOS config.
Even though I set up a password in the bios to protect against unauthorized access, I tried to enroll my finger instead of typing password without result. In winsozz operating system it works perfectly.

    Bye.
