Does anyone know how to get this to work?

When I do it, it opens up a program called authentec truesuite and when I scan my finger, it keeps saying "the sensor could not collect enough of your fingerprint"

Your not positioning your finger correctly when scanning. Try to get the middle of your fingertip and start swiping from the base, not the top, of your fingertip.
