Hello NBR readers!
My T150 been dead for almost 1 year now. I want to fix it for my mom because she wants to get ASUS EEE. My mom wants the ASUS EEE for internet/email and online banking. That kinda got me thinking...
Why not spend the $400 and fix my T150. I am pretty sure the motherboard is the dead and I found a site that sells them.
I don't know if they are a good vendor.

I know it cost a little bit more than ASUS EEE but I do fix it its a actual laptop that would be use for word processing, internet and movies.
What do you guys think?
Should I go for it?
Do you think is worth it?
Does anyone know any Sony online part website?
Any suggestion would be great!
Thank You

You may try the sony parts website. http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/ecom/accessories/web/index.jsp
But if you still have receipt and are registered, then these sony's have 1 year warranty on them. Any chance that you could use that and get it fixed for free? Ebay has TZ17 motherboards for about $600. Good luck! -
I got this machine LONG LONG time ago.
I don't have any warranty!
I don't think TZ motherboard will fit. Maybe I can try the TX, the model after the T series. -
Could buy the whole laptop for maybe $500 on ebay!
Fixing my T150, please help!
