Fn and S1/S2 button doesn't work for my SZ-440.

Is there any driver/software I need to reinstall?

Sometimes it is working, sometimes it is not, when it is not working usually I only have to restart the notebook, but now it is not working at all.

    Please help again, thanks.

    Thank you!

Does that mean I have to install Sony® Shared Library then restart, then reinstall Sony® Notebook Utilities, restart again, and finally BIOS Update Utility?

The Reinstall Programs or Drivers in VAIO Recovery Center has Sony® Shared Library but not have Sony® Notebook Utilities and BIOS Update Utility... :(

    Any ideas?

Thank you very much, I downloaded
Sony® Shared Library and Sony® Notebook Utilities from the website and install it, then it is finally working again. :)

I'm having this problem as well. I d/led the Shared Library and Utilities files and installed them both, but everytime I boot up, Vista gives me unhandled exception error and says missing SnyUtils.dll file.

I don't know what to do, can anyone help?
