    Fn mute key is in off position and will not toggle

    After doing a clean install on my VGN-FS660/W I had trouble with all my Fn keys. I downloaded most drivers and re-installed them. Now most Fn keys work except the mute key Fn-F2. It is stuck in the off position and will not toggle. Can anyone help. I have no sound.

    I forgot to mention that is was Windows 7 Ultimate I installed.
