I am thinking about getting FW390 CTO. How does regular font look like on FW390 with XBRITE-FullHD 1920x1080? If you use Word or Excel in this resolution does it look too small?

I currently use 22" with 1680x1050 resolution and font looks good to me. I cannot imagine fonts on 16" with 1920x1080 resolution.

    THX!

well, i'm on a 17in with 1920x1200 and it looks good, and i've used a 1680x1050 on a 15.4 and that was fine too.

Then again, i'm 17 so my eyes are in BNIB condition :D

Text on a 22" 1680x1050 (WSXGA+) monitor will be much larger than on a 16.4" (FW screen) 1920x1080 (WUXGA) monitor.

A 17" WUXGA monitor is about comparable to a 15" WSXGA+ monitor in terms of text size (actually, slightly smaller if you're nit-picking). A 16.4" WUXGA monitor will have slightly smaller text than the 17" WUXGA.
