    3Q is for eningeering samples, meaning you won't get to see those. They won't start mass producing them til 4Q which means you won't see them until year end or early next year.

    samsung has announced them 2 months ago. I am sure we are going to see them quite sooner.

    But you're still talking fall for general availability, and figure a few months before they show up in laptops. So you're still looking at late '07 early '08 in a laptop with a 64GB SSD as an option, but if you get your hands on a drive earlier, you can put it in yourself.
