    Hi guys,

I've had a lot of trouble getting stuff working again and was wondering if I could get some help from people who've done it.

Here's what works on my Z:
    - All devices (I think)
    - Fn keys
    - Speed / Stamina switch

    Here's what doesn't work:
    - S1 / S2 buttons (not sure how to set these to Thermal Settings...)
    - more advanced vaio power management options (could be accessed from Vaio Control Center before)
    - Vaio Control Center looks weird (ugly black/white window with fewer options than it had before...)
    - Battery won't charge past 80%

    Any advice?

You've likely installed a different version of the Vaio Control Center than what you had before. Look for older/newer versions of it and try installing one of them.

Yeah, it seems like it... but does any one know where I can download any version of it?
    Google is being useless...

Like a dummy, When I did my backup /recovery tests, I had my recovery partition. Now I'm hosed because my dvd's are bad...and I don't have my partition.

In you guide megamanx, the Smartfi utility asks for a data2.cab, not in the xip file.. can I get this data2.cab for the Sprint please???

    Thank-you,
    Wayne
