    Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and have a question :
    How can I reformat my HDD? I need a fresh install of my operating system via Sony recovery disks. Is it possible?! I have tried everything but nothing so far:confused:
    Laptop: VAIO FW490J, Vista OS
