    Freeze / bluescreen when watching video

    Recently whenever I watch videos online, my Vaio VPCZ1 will freeze then go to a blue screen...

    I contacted Sony and they said the only way to fix it is to restore to factory settings... unfortunately I never created a restore disc (it didn't come with one).

    Anyone know of this problem and a way to fix it? Please help if you can.

    You should still be able to make recovery discks from VAIO Care, or do a system restore from VAIO Care.
