Does the sony vaio NS series (vgn-ns110e) come with power management options such as this?

Disabling the ilink, dvd drive, and lan modem? With undervolting and a 100% charged battery, with almost 80% brightness I only get under 2 hours of battery life....which doesn't seem right. ....is it possible I can get those stuff with windonws 7? I've tried the drivers n stuff and it dont seem to be working.

Yes, it's in the control panel under the Vaio Control Center. And in Windows 7, some more power options are integrated into the advanced power settings tab. What capacity is your battery, and what is the wear level? Try BatteryBar from Osiris and it will tell what your battery wear level is.
