    How old is this model?

I just bought a refurb unit with these specs for $900 - would it have been better to go with a new FZ4000 with similar specs?

Duo Core T7300 (How does this compare to the T8100?)
    2ghz 800mhz 4mb

    200mb HD 4200

    2gb ram (will upgrade)

    BlueRay Read/Write

    XBrite Hi Color

    GeFORCE 8400

    WIFI ABGN (no bluetooth)

I think the chipset and the bluetooth are the only things different to the current CTO4000 or am I missing something?

I thought this was a pretty good steal for $900 or did I overlook something?

Unless you want blue ray read/write, I would go with the newer FZ-4000. The one which you are getting as refurbished is an year old model.
