I know that there is a thread here explaining with pictures how to open
and clean your laptop! But I don't know why I am not able to find it! I
been searching now for two days! So can someone please help me find
that if its still here or help me clean my laptop?

If I play a game with it it becomes so hot I can no longer keep it on me!
As the 180E could be one of those sonys with defective Nvidia chip I am
afraid it will die if I don't do something!

    Try here:

    Instructions for several Sony models.

That one has an FZ 220 model, which should come apart in exactly the same way as your 180.

    or here

    Vaio FZ unscrewed

How were you trying to search? Use the "search this forum" drop down and key in "disassemble" without the quotes.
