    Hello,
Is it just me or the Sony's laptop line have no decent gaming laptop ? I was interested in the Dell XPS but my girlfriend wants a Sony. Is Sony going to update their line anytime soon?

What kind of gaming are you looking for?

I was just led onto the Sony FZ series. It has NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT with 256mb. (I realize this is no powerhouse, but it can hold it's own relatively speaking.)

If she wants style, I recommend you check out Asus. They have stylish and well preforming notebooks. = )

I'm planning on purchasing a Gamebridge and using my Vaio TZ150 as a monitor for console gaming. The Gamebridge is a TV tuner, and with it, I am able to connect consoles like XBox 360, Playstation 3, and the Wii to my Vaio TZ and use the laptop screen to display the picture.

Once I purchase the Gamebridge, I will experiment with it and share some info.

Id suggest looking into it closely if your planning on using a notebook and tv tuner as a display for a console theres often up to 2 second delay between what happens in the game and what you see on the screen, i hope this isnt the case with the Gamebridge.

I like the latest AR especially with 512 MB GPU, but whatever notebook you buy youll probably want to make sure your using modified nvidia drivers OEM drivers are out of date and can have lots of compatibility issues with certain games.
