Im not a gaming fanatic, I dont need the latest graphics and framerates.

However, a do like to play the odd game now and again. Recently Half Life 2, CS:source, Battlefield 2.

Has anyone used any of these games on the FS, or a similar sony machine with the 6200?

As long as these games work at the bare minimum thats fine with me.

Plus, does anyone know why sony havnt chosen to include any higher spec cards in the FS series? A 6600 for example.

    Why sony, why!

Yes they will work. I'm sure sony hasnt included advanced graphic card because the laptop afterall wasnt dedicated for gamers. Non of Vaio Laptop comes with advanced graphic card. Maybe it'll will boost the price over. Just my opinion :)
