    ??

What games have you tried and how did they work?

    I have tried:

    Nexus: the Jupiter Incident-
Runs fine at max detail, no widescreen support

    Dawn of war-
    as above

    Half Life 2:

I run it at full detail, can get a bit laggy, but I'd reckon it averages about 30 fps.

    Syberia-

    fine on full, interpolated

Been Pleasantly surprised by this video card.
It wasn't so long ago that a card like this would have been considered powerful.

I'm curious about Advanced Warfighter, anyone tried it on the SZ yet?

Haven't tried gamming yet on my SZ since I'm busy transfering files and installing programs to it. But, I heard someone play BF2 and works fine. BF2 is like the current FPS game I know which needed a freaking graphic cards to run it :D

It can run Oblivion which is much more demanding then BF2 - damn good too.

it runs just about everything, although not always with all of the fancy stuff turned on. the most demanding game i have tried is oblivion and it runs very well, although it gets a little laggy in big fights.

BF2 runs good at 1280x800. All on high except filtering (low). Depends on the drivers you use thou. The offical sony xp drivers (8.4.9.1) has bug which causes the ground to go white in camera view, oddly enough when this bug is present i get better fps in the game.

Vista probably not the best choice if you trying to squeeze the most out of this card. I hear the xp 158.27 drivers give good performance but overclocking doesn`t seem to work with ntune.

It a good graphics card for a thin and light. I mean to see the 3d performance difference just switch to stamina mode with the GMA950 :)

Heres hoping they put a Geforce 8400M GT into the SZ santa rosa update. Benchmarks from notebookcheck.com for the 8400M GS and G don`t look very impressive.

Well.. If sony will somehow fit 8400M GT to new SZ I will definitely buy one :)

But unfortunately I dont think they will be able to do that... or if they will, they might need to underclock it cause of heat issues, so Im assuming new SZ will come out with 8400M GS..

But im really excited about new SZ with SR and nvidia 8-series. Trying to make a decision between Sony SZ and Dell xps m1330. I want good quality notebook with 13,3" screen and some gaming abilities and those two are almost the only options atm.
