Getting my TZ (TZ250 Black) for $1799 after online coupon and $100 off from the Sony Card. Way too excited, anyone else?! Wish I could spend $89 for expedited shipping rather than wait. But whatever, what do you guys think of the TZ? The more you praise it, the more happy and excited I am, YEA!

Lots of happy owners here. I guess while your waiting for it to arrive, you can check out the "TZ Owner's Thread" here for some very useful info.

I'm sure you'll be another very happy owner to join our ranks. :)

congrats! i got mine a little over 3 weeks ago and i absolutely love it. no more lugging around a brick in my bag. the screen is truly amazing on this little bugger. and the battery life...wow!

the only downside (very minor IMO), is that i had to get used to the smaller keyboard. but now that i'm used to it, i can type like a madman.

haha, yea I think I will be proud. After carrying the HP laptop (about 10lbs total with the charger) and my textbooks (20lbs total on my back), I'm developing back pain now and it's killing me. LONG LIVE THE TZ and it's 3lb!

I've owned mine for about 4 months. I absolutely love this thing, I cannot give it enough praise. This is the only laptop I have ever owned, and I will never consider owning anything in the future that does not measure up to the TZ in terms of size, battery life and keyboard usability (I love the TZ's keyboard). On top of that it has an awesome screen, and every other feature you could want in a laptop.

The only thing that could make the TZ better is if it were packaged inside a durable metal casing like the panasonic R7 (probably the only laptop I'd have considered alongside the TZ if it were sold in Australia)
