I want to get a good Sony TZ series (11 inch)
that falls on the range of SG$1500-SG$2000

Problem is, i have totally no idea which TZ series to get.
I mean, why are there a lot of types?
Anyways, i hope you guys can recommend me the best to go.

    These feature is a must!
    - small and portable (thats why must be 11 inch ones)
    - must have at least optical drive (DVD-Dual Layered if possible)
    - must have good battery life
    - must be fast for working life (MS Office, Internet, etc)
    - good enough for certain games? (Warcraft 3, WOW)

Or if there's another laptop you guys can recommend, i don't mind too.
But must meet those requirements if possible.

Also, I don't mind topping up additional SG$500.00 if say i can get a slightly better specs (In which case perhaps you guys can recommend me a newer models as well? Intel ATOM perhaps?)

In the meantime, widescreen notebooks have become the new standard. If you're looking for a standard screen notebook, some people are, you may wish to mention it. There are a few standard screens still being sold, but they're going the way of the Dodo bird.

    f. WUXGA - 1920x1200; Wider viewing version of UXGA, good for movie viewing or spreadsheets.

    Make it WUXGA?
    (Not so important, but helps)

    Glossy/reflective screen

    13) Are the notebook's looks and stylishness important to you?
    I suppose so

    14) When are you buying this laptop and how long do you want this laptop to last?
    At least 10-15 years

    15) How much hard drive space do you want; 40GB to 500GB?

And I recommend NOT buying anything technological in singapore. Prices here are pretty darn inflated... all the more so for more expensive hardware.
