    Is there software that will automatically adjust the fan speed - where it's at a constant rate all the time?

    Speedfan, but might not work on all notebooks.

    Speedfan only shows 2 speeds on this computer.

    Both cpu - no fans detected.

    I don't think there IS any access to the fan control on the FZ machines.
