This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Anyone have any recommendations for screen protectors and bags / sleeves for this model.

    The Sony screen protector seems a little pricey @ $100.

    Just arrived this morning. My IT guy is cleaning out the trial software and installing Vista Beta on a separate partition.

    Once I get a chance to mess around with it - Ill post some comments.

    I'm coming from a thinkpad X31, and upgraded because of the battery and built in optical drive.
