    HD3650 for FW US Model?

    Will ATI HD3650 be available with FW US model? The only one available right now is HD3470. It would be perfect to have this wonderful notebook with a faster card.

    FZ, which fw replaces only ever had the 8400GT so im assuming this trend will continue

    You're wrong, it had the 8600 gs, so it's a must to put something above that.

    That's only for FZ European models. The US models only come with 8400GT.

    Let's hope that Sony will offer 2 video cards for the US models this time around.

    So will there be an FW series model with the HD3650 in the U.S.? This question has been asked so many times. Yet no one has an answer to it. :(

    You can buy from pcwb.com. It's a UK site that accepts order from the US, but they want more personal information than I am willing to give them to. They want to know where you work and some other detailed information about your employment.

    That's actually a very good price. Converted to the U.S. dollar, it will cost about $1900 and it has the HD3650. ;)

    Will they actually except orders from the U.S.? Are they reliable?

    Yes they have better graphic but a 300GB 4200rpm HDD? Thats wayyyy too slow nowadays.

    I don't think that's a problem. There are other models with the HD3650 available.

    I'm just wondering whether or not this notebook will have a U.S. keyboard. :confused:

    at 1900 it is not worth the money with shipping and duties. If gaming is what you want, then the FW is not for you.

    Even little old New Zealand gets the 3650 in the FW and the 8600GS in the FZ, that is provided of course that you go for high end model (we can't customized ours).
